Here is the argument written:

Subjective morality states there is nothing objectively right or wrong morally.
So if a man commits murder, he is not objectively wrong.
If he is not objectively wrong, he is innocent.
As true as 2+2=4 is, is how innocent he is objectively according to your view.
This is why subjective morality isn't reasonable or true.

Follow ups:

Can the murderer be objectively morally wrong for murdering someone?

Can you actually commit a moral crime if you can't do anything objectively wrong morally?

If the law can't say something is objectively wrong, why does the law exist?

According to subjective morality, choosing to eat chocolate ice cream instead of vanilla is the same as choosing to murder someone instead of being nice to them. The reason it’s no different in both scenarios is you can’t be objectively wrong for your subjective choice. This honestly astonishes me that people believe this.

Morality is subjective because you choose what is moral and immoral according to your own judgement at various times . Morality is not immutable it changes with people and ideas and circumstances. What is immoral in one instance is moral in another. If one is need of something to save their life and there are no means to obtain it and they steal is it immoral ? No . I say do it . Because its more immoral to ket yourself die than to steal in most situations....why ? Life is more important to me than your personal rights but there are exceptions to that . Morality is highly subjective. But to clarify i draw a distinction from good and evil and what you and i call morality. Morality is often man made . Abortion was not rejected by most American churches for centuries then in the twentieth the fundamentalist decided that it was wrong ..then people obeyed because they obviously sooke for god right ? No they did not . Do you see how morality changed ? I do believe in right and wrong dont misunderstand but we as humans decide all the time what we wish to believe. So i say morality is subjective. I don't mind you debating with me just do so respectfully....

the way how this is true is that, if you murder someone and you think that that is ok, and someone who doesn't want to be murdered, how does one make the other one wrong, because one has an opinion and the other one as well, so then with there being no higher power like Jesus then there would be no subjective morality. But Jesus is very real, a Mirracle also happened with my mom

A righteous judge needs one thing to pass judgment...a law. Without a law there can be no guilt or punishment. God only gave his laws to old Covenant Israel. If God uses laws that al humanity was not under to judge them that woulf make him an unrighteous judge. No law = not guilty...its justice 101.

Uh no he’s not? Did you forget to look up the definition of innocent and guilty? Those aren’t synonyms for good and evil. If you murder someone, even if you’re not objectively evil or objectively good, you still, by definition, are guilty of committing the act of murder. That’s how those words work.

There are two problems with your argument. 1) you don’t understand what murder is 2) you don’t understand what subjective morality is. The only thing that drives me crazy about your argument is how poorly thought out it is. First, murder is “the crime of unlawfully and unjustifiably killing a person.” The subjective element is how humans define unlawful killing at a particular time in a particular place. The definition of murder changes. A simple example is that dueling to the death used to be legal in many places. Dueling was not outlawed in the USA until 1839. Therefore, killing someone in a duel wasn’t murder at one time, but became murder at another time. This is just one example which destroys your argument. The definition of murder is subjective, created by humans and evolves over time as social conventions change. Second, subjective morality doesn’t mean there is no morality. It means that morality is a human construct. It is real. It is just the real invention of humanity, which is why it changes over time.
