Iām all for communicating at its appropriate time. While Iām doing the job weāve talked and agreed to is not a good time to stop me my team to talk about additional jobs youde like done or making any type of small talk. Customers who have open up with new job potential and before you know it. Iām stuck in a conversation about their pet or kids or theyāre favorite coffee in the morning and beer at night that not why Iām here. Also I canāt stand the let me ālend a hand customerā like thank you but no thanks you donāt need to grab a brush and start painting along side me that why you hired me in the first place. Iām not the āDIY training businessā

And that is the quality Iām having the most difficulty finding. Especially now as an owner builder. Most are too busy right now to give me the time of day. Communication is tough in this environmentā¦ it causes more stress in my own mind.
