I'm a BSCS student in my 3rd semester, where learning C++ is an academic requirement. However, I'm also focusing on JavaScript for web development, as it's essential for getting a job quickly. Learning two languages simultaneously feels overwhelming, but I don't have a choice.

Honestly, I do this just to explore! I plan on going into education with my skill set anyway. I mostly dabble with making websites since it interests me now atm so a lot of effort is put into learning languages like JavaScript, TypeScript and PHP as well as frameworks like React, but I also took time to learn C++ to relive how I loved the language during my undergraduate days and try to keep up with it to a certain extent. This may not be as helpful for me, but I find it rewarding just to rediscover it anyway.
Frank be told, it's still always good to tend to the needs, but it's not wrong if one does this out of curiosity and love of learning! We need a lot more curious minds among us.

C++ is low level memory access except for assembly it means its a lot more powerful than higher level programming languages however higher level programming languages are easier to code with and is faster because you can do operations with less code lines like python for example.
