Baseball is a perfect game and what makes it difficult is that it's non linear. There are so many moving parts that can create so many different outcomes and you need to be prepared for all of them. Hitting a baseball on its own is probably the most difficult because your trying to hit a round ball with a round bat. But when you make solid contact it's a glorious feeling. I played to college level and I'm 50 something now and still have dreams of hitting home runs. I'm hoping we can play baseball in heaven. 😊

I played little league baseball for 9 years when I was a kid. One of the most important lessons I was taught during batting practice was anticipation: predicting the pitch before it comes down the line. It doesnt always work but it helps to keep it in mind whenever youre up to bat. That and stance, focus and reaction time are key.

As a baseball player I’m not gonna say it’s the hardest sport in the world, but it does use a lot of hand eye coordination, flexibility, and strength no matter what your doing on the field. Whether it’s hitting, fielding, throwing, or even running.
