I made the cornbread last night to go with a vegan pot of vegetable soup. It was delicious. So glad to find a recipe that is healthy And scrumptious. Thank you two so much for putting in the hard work of making the recipes and doing all the taste testing. As a 64-year-old woman who just became a vegan two weeks ago your channel has made it so much easier to make this transition. Not only the great information but love the presentation.
