Dolsot Bibimbap is a Korean Style Rice Bowl serve hot on a stone pot. Dolsot means stone pot in Korean. Feel free to make this bibimbap recipe serve on a regular bowl. In this video I made Tofu as a protein but feel free to change your protein into a beef or chicken. This Classic Korean dish serve with crispy tofu a spicy Korean chili paste sauce that serve in white steam rice is also good for breakfast with a fried egg on the top.

Ingredients:
1/2 size Tofu
2-4 stalk Bok choy
1/4 cup Shredded carrots
1/4 cup Beans sprouts
1/4 cup Slice mushroom

1/4 cup Cornstarch
2 tsp Sesame oil
1/4 cup Soy sauce mixture
1/2 tsp cooking oil
1/4 cup Thinly slice cucumbers
1/4 cup Small sliced kimchi
1 piece Egg
1 cup White steamed rice
1 tbsp Korean chili paste

Sesame seeds
Sesame oil
dry seaweeds
