Please don't try to trick the recruiter, and say you can't share your salary due to an NDA.
Not only are NDAs incredibly rare, they lawfully CAN'T contain provisions that prohibit the discussion of pay.
It's not a thing - you'll look like you've lied (cos you have), and the recruiter simply won't trust you.
My advice? Don't share your salary, but not for a made up reason. Instead, focus on the salary range of this role, not your current one.

Just give a range, it's usually enough for them and you don't have to share the exact amount. Recruiters I've interacted with were more interested in the salary I was looking for instead.

They ask you what your salary is now so they can lowball you and screw you so hopefully they get an even bigger kick back. The whole industry is broken
