India has been doing business for the last 40 lakh years without any Hindrance . The congress created hindrances to do business . Only Business can give employment . As entrepreneurship was totally discouraged , there was no business and no creation of employment .
Who is congress to make hindrance to do business and to remove 5 % of Hindrance in 1991 .
Narasimha Rao and Manmohan Singh do not know about economy . If you develop all the 125 departments in world class without any hindrance , where is the need of Economics and Economist . They created problems in the development and coined some 50 bombastic words like inflation , deficit, etc.
