Insane Bison Charges Tourists at Yellowstone National Park 😱 #closecall #shortvideo

🎥 About This Video: Bison Attack: What to Do If You're Ever in Danger
Bison are large, powerful animals that can be dangerous if they feel threatened. If you're ever in danger of being attacked by a bison, here are a few things you can do to protect yourself:
1. Stay calm and don't make any sudden movements. Bison are easily startled, and if you startle them, they're more likely to attack.
2. Back away slowly and steadily. Don't run away, as this will only make the bison more likely to chase you.
3. If the bison charges, stand your ground and make yourself big. Yelling and waving your arms will help to intimidate the bison and make it more likely to back down.
4. If the bison attacks, fight back with everything you have. Use your arms and legs to hit the bison in the face and head. If you can, try to grab onto the bison's horns and twist them.
Remember, bison attacks are rare. By following these tips, you can help to reduce your chances of being injured by a bison.

Here are some additional tips for staying safe around bison:
Avoid areas where bison are known to congregate, such as national parks and wildlife refuges.
If you see a bison, give it a wide berth. Stay at least 200 yards away from the animal.
If you come across a baby bison, do not approach it. The mother bison is likely nearby and will be very protective of her young.
If you're hiking in an area where bison are present, make noise so that the animals know you're coming. This will help to prevent them from being startled and attacking.

These are not pets. They are wild animals. I live by a national park and people think seeing bears on the side of the road means it’s selfie time 😅 Enjoy the animals and take photos - from a safe distance. The more comfortable wild animals become with being around humans, the more likely they’ll become a risk at homes or campsites. This may result in their relocation, and sometimes even euthanization. For their sake - and yours - give them space
