This does not change anything, you are simply virtually unplugging yourself from the internet and plugging yourself back in, the only thing that’s new is your DHCP lease timer and maybe a higher/lower host octet.
This does not change your public IP, which is specific to your device, unless your ISP assigns your public IP dynamically
