Ingredients:
📌chicken boneless. 250 gm
📌salt to taste
📌pepper powder. 1/2 tsp
📌garam masala. 1/4 tsp
📌chilly flakes. 1/2 tsp
📌ginger garlic paste. 1 tsp
📌buttermilk. 1/2 cup
Mix all the ingredients into the washed and drained boneless chicken and marinade for 1 hour.
Prepare the cornflakes mixture to dip the coating on chicken
📌cornflakes. 2 cup
📌melted butter. 4 tbsp
📌Italian seasonings. 1 tsp
Coat the marinade chicken into the cornflakes mixture..make sure all the chicken sides are well coated..
Now it’s time to get baked!!
Bake for 25-30 minutes at 210’c.I have an OTG oven.
Enjoy the crispy crunchy and tender inside snack!!
