Chocolate Banana Bread:
3 very ripe medium bananas
1/2 cup melted butter/oil
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup buttermilk or unsweetened yogurt
2 medium-sized eggs
1½ cup all-purpose flour (200g)
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate
Using a brownie pan, baked for 30 minutes at 375°F (190°C).
If using a loaf pan, bake for 45-55 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
