We Got The Moves by Electric Callboy is a party anthem, a joy bomb of a song and it can be great for our mental health just to listen to when we need a pick me up, but it also invites us to think about the moves that we have in our own life and mental health journey.

So often we turn to moves that get us short lived and artificial highs (think drugs, alcohol, food), and these moves feel good in the moment, but they often lead to intense come downs, which cause us to seek the same high AGAIN and the cycle continues.
