Bro it's not a build it's an item and everyone knew that athena shield can counter mage like pharsa

Of course it is Athena's Shield. Mages with burst damage can be countered with any magic damage reduction items except if you're really bad with the hero you're using. If your team is getting dominated by mages with burst damage (well I just don't know if all of them are burst damage heroes) you can use Athena's Shield with Radiant Armor (I may be wrong, I can't really tell).
For fighters (not only fighters but physical damage heroes like marksman heroes and some assassin heroes with Fredrinn which is a tank and a fighter) you can use Immortality and Antique Cuirass you can also use Brute Force Breastplate with/or Twilight Armor. But other fighter heroes tend to use defensive items like Thunder Belt, Dominance Ice, Queen's Wings, Cursed Helmet, Oracle, Blade Armor and Guardian Helmet. With these defensive items, heroes like Aldous, (possibly dyrroth I'm not sure), X-Borg, etc. It's hard to solo defensive heroes if you're not leading by kills and gold.
