I've used ginger chews for nausea, and they work quite well. The problem is they're also really tasty so it's hard to stop eating them when you're not nauseated

I literally ate that asphalt few days ago. It's tradisional cake/candy in Indonesia. 😂

I immediately thought if both hoarhound hard candies, and clove gum. The hoarhound is amazing for sore throats, and clove oil is good for topical numbing and is anti-inflammatory.

Horehound candy is one of these very medicinal candies, very distinctive and goes way way back in terms of a plant with medical uses. Sadly not found much these days but if you can find it it's lovely stuff even when not sick

I don't mean any offense but I just realized how much older you've looked in this video and that reminded me of how many years I have been watching your videos growing up. I hope you'll stay healthy and I wish you more great years ahead.

I've been watching Townsends since the 18th century and they still make great videos just like back in those days.

Winter Candy. You find it very rarely, in tiny, village sweet shops in the UK. Its basically a slightly grittier (not in a bad way) Kendal Mint Cake, but it tastes like cough syrup. I can't let myself buy it in bulk, on the rare occasion that I find it.

we do use ginger medicinally, for a number of things- it's actually quiet calming on you as well.
