All of your comments and observations are spot on. This is my 2 1/2 yr relationship exactly how you described it. He found his new supply, actually met her a yr before the discard. At first he told me how odd she was. Then he seemed to be obsessed wirh with her. Praising her to me and calling her name in his sleep. The triangulation was sickening. He discards me 8 mos ago telling me he was afraid of me because he thought I was going to tell her husband. I wanted to destroy them both. I never said a word. I know he'll get what's coming to him. One way or another.

This is scary and means ex covert narcissistic wife lost interest in me years before I thought we had a problem, 10 years to be honest.
