i have these (literally wearing them right now) and i love them so much, sometimes they’re a bit frustrating with the bluetooth or different earrings but thats rare, so for me these are a 10/10 :3

The big, singular adapter can be used for electric pianos so that you can play through headphones instead of out loud. It can also be used for other things in the music/sound engineering/programming world to not disrupt others when playing sound back.
