Hi. I'm doing this mod myself at the moment. I bought the same light as you, except its the square one. I bought the one with a yellow ring light instead of white. I've wired it up the same as you. My question is...do you know how to make it so I can turn on the yellow ring light during the day, and then turn on the main LED light for night time riding?

the led is 12v am I right? any issues so far? as I know the VS is 5V output? or am I wrong?
