I run a hybrid of totes and drawers. Just got my SHW drawer system about a month ago and am loving it. The totes are great for things that I switch out for different trips. Like solo, seasonal, fishing, etc. The drawer system holds the things that I need for every trip, like kitchen and recovery. It all depends on your individual needs. But if you are going to get drawers, get SHW drawers!

I've played with the idea of drawers, but for me the simplicity of bins, the ability to access all my gear without getting out of my vehicle, the saved headspace allowing me to sit upright on my bed inside, and the cost have kept me away from drawers. They look bloody sweet though!!

Good point. I’m literally going through the reality of my new drawer system after wanting one six years ago. You might be surprised about how much gear you can actually put in them. You will still need storage boxes or bins.

What are the best or your favorite rock sliders for the new Tundra?

We want to do a bit over-landing. Nothing crazy. We just 2 older couple that want to experience but definitely want to be in places then just camp sites. My Q is bathroom and disposal.
