Full time at home, I wear that same belt with 10 lb.s plus an Ironwear vest that is also 10 lbs. for a total of 20% of my body 100 lb. weight. My hip has gone from severe osteoporosis to mid-range osteopenia without pharmaceuticals. (I also lift heavy weights and take certain supplements.) Highly recommended! I ordered the XS W8fit and added extra velcro, so I can wear it anywhere from high around my waist or as low as the widest part of my hips. This adjustability helps make it more comfortable for long hours of daily wear. Being able to tighten it around my waist also makes it possible to use it while jumping, which is also helpful for bone health.
