Netflix was not prepared - which was part of the issue. I found that the streaming device was the main culprit. I assume most people are either on smart tv’s or firesticks which they just didn’t have enough processing power with the limited bandwidth. When I switched to my phone and iPad Pro it worked. It had minor glitches but it worked.
