2 tsp olive oil
1/2 onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 can black beans, don’t drain the liquid
2 tsp ground cumin
1 1/2 tsp paprika
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Gauc 🥑:
1 tomato, sliced
2 avocados
1 large lime
handful coriander, chopped
1 small red onion, finely chopped
1 chilli, red or green, deseeded
1 can Ackee,drained
2 tbsp coconut oil
1 onion, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 red pepper diced
1 spring onion, chopped
2 sprigs thyme
1 tomato
1/2 whole scotch bonnet
1 tsp salt
