At age 8, had an exposure to mercury from a broken thermometer, and woke up the next day unable to walk. Was diagnosed with mononucleosis, but now am wondering if it was just the mercury exposure, as it was all over my hands. And I’ve definitely done the HMDS, but need to do it more, as I’m now 62 years old, have been healthy my whole life as mostly vegan/vegetarian, and would like to remain healthy for the rest of my life.

What if you never had symptoms I never had any symptoms of Epstein-Barr virus, but I’ve had a lot of problems over the years with dizziness so I had my doctor check me and I had numbers reflecting current ebv a few years ago now every time I get it checked, I do have high titters, but I guess I’m in remission? I can tell you I do not remember ever being sick. I would remember that because I never get sick. I never get the flu. Nothing like that as an adult didn’t even get Covid and I took care of my dad for two months who had active Covid so this is all very strange to me.

Thank you for the explanation, AW! Had mono in my early 20's. I was told l had fibromyalgia in 2001. As of late with sticking to MM food's and lots of prayers feeling stronger each day. ❤❤❤

I have had reactivated ebv multiple times unbeknownst to me. I would have never believed it but when I found mm info in 2017 I ran and got a blood test to find out I had mono- I had a bad case of mono in 1986 and a lot of sickness as a kid with horrible eczema and dandruff as a kid. When I heard it was mono again they told me to drink lots of fluids and rest- the same thing they told me in 1986! No other treatment has ever been found. I knew at that moment that I finally found the truth with mm info and I have never looked back. This info saved my life!

I was given an injection for chickenpox when I was eight months old and sick kids hospital with severe double pneumonia. There was an outbreak of chickenpox in the hospital, so my mom signed off on forms to have this.. as soon as I was in my teens, I had a severe case of mononucleosis. It took months to feel better and to this day I still have the same symptoms that just never went away and I’m in my late 50s diagnosed with Hashimoto’s and fibromyalgia many years ago. Life has been a struggle, especially with people thinking it’s all in my head
