Kraken - more responsive, quicker, and good release.
Orcas - more drive and projection, awesome speed. But a tad tight if you couldn't get the fins out.
The Krakens for me felt better but both were awesome in the GTW. The GWT reminds me of my old Sharpeye Modern2 except more performance. It's a blade.
