Here’s what I’d do if I was starting from scratch:
1. Find an experienced, certified instructor that’s knowledgable, encouraging & CARES
2. Make tour practice a priority not an afterthought. Consistency is KEY.
3. It doesn’t have to be brutal to be effectice, aim for chellenging yet SUSTAINABLE.

I’ve seen all too many people land in the wrong environment, get discouraged early, or have mismatched expectations that can derail them from creating the practice of their dreams. Pilates is too good to miss out on so do the thing RIGHT🙌
