The worst possible radiography. No radiographer who is properly trained would do an oblique with external rotation to show a hip fracture for 2 reasons. It will not give any real idea about the position of the bones in relation to the fracture so accurate surgery will be impossible to plan. No decent radiographer will include the other femur in both projections due to concerns about radiation dose. It doesn't surprise me that the surgery shown is not accurate.
