People have it all wrong. I’m peeing into the sink in Japan. Perfect height, no splashes and I’m saving a shit ton of water for the environment and my wallet.
Anyone who pees sitting down and flushes afterwards, man or woman, needs to think about their priorities next time they are crying about people eating meat and driving cars.

They that bad at aiming? I feel like once you reach a certain age it's not difficult to be accurate. I can get out of bed in the middle of the night with the double steam and still manage to hit the toilet bowl. I mean even if you miss a little you should know by now and clean up after yourself, it's not that difficult. Toilet paper and a bathroom spray cleaner and it takes 10 seconds. After that just hit it with Lysol spray and put the seat down, easy.

I always sat when I visited Japan, it was just soo comfortable lol. Public Toilets here are gross in Australia though

When I visited Japan and stayed with friends I always sat down because I didn't want to leave any messes. Also, heated seats makes it a pleasurable experience anyway. 😂

Toilet design is an important consideration. American toilets are insanely splashy. There’s nowhere you can aim where it won’t splash, it’s ridiculous.

Japanese traditional bathroom at parks are disgusting. It's okay to say bad things about your country sometimes, you won't die. I live in Tokyo and some bathrooms are a disgrace.
