GULAB JAMUN CAKE
>1.5 cup Instant Gulab Jamun Mix
>1 cup Lukewarm Milk
>1/3 cup Sugar
>1/8 tbsp Elaichi Powder
>Strands of saffron (optional)
For topping:
>2 tbsp Pistachio Shavings
>2 tbsp Dried Rose Petals
Mix all the ingredients together in a medium consistency
Pour this into a well-greased Cake Dish and Bake in a preheated oven or in a Microwave on Convection mode at 170° for 35-40 mins or till the fork comes out clean.
Cool this down and prick tiny holes.
Make sugar syrup with 1/2 cup water and 1/2 cup sugar
Drizzle this syrup on top.
Sprinkle some Pistachio Shavings and Dried Rose Petals.
And it's ready.
