I still can't believe they changed "hazard" to "penalty area." It used to be two syllables and now it's six syllables! It drives me crazy for some reason đ
And calling it at penalty area did nothing to make it easier to understand the rules

Hi Jay, Under Rule 17.1d(3), if a bunker, general area (fringe), and green, are located within 2 club lengths of the reference point and the player has already made the first drop on the fringe and the ball rolls into the bunker, can the second drop be done at GREEN? JosĂŠ
