I woke up to the same thing, my case was a fire ant that ended up stinging me shortly after I woke... It was one of the worst feelings I've ever had, i couldn't walk straight like I was extremely dizzy and couldn't even tell how loud I was talking, thankfully my girlfriend was home and thought to pour rubbing alcohol in my ear and the ant floated out. Funny story now but scary when it happened ๐๐๐
