But, the truly hard lesson that I had to learn was learning how to love my body at every size, and not tying my self-worth or my ability to achieve things, to the size of my body. When you love something, you want to take care of it, and treat it right. And, when we can approach our self-care from a place of love, it is so much more effective than when we tear ourselves down.

I think it’s about time that we challenge ourselves to ACTUALLY start showing some love for our bodies, and for all that they've endured and achieved—because they ARE beautiful, powerful, and uniquely ours. And most importantly, they’re what carries us through our lives. So before I get into introducing my line of uplifting activewear, here are 3 questions you can work through for putting a plan together to show some love to your body:

How can you Nourish Your Body in a way that doesn’t feel like you’re depriving yourself?

How can you Move Your Body, in a way that leaves you feeling energetic instead of drained for the rest of your day?

What Self-Care practices can you start incorporating that let’s it feel easy? It doesn’t have to be hard goals that feel unsustainable! In fact, the best ones are the ones that leave you feeling refreshed or lift you up in some way.
