I’ve listened to hundreds of podcasts, YouTube vids, and audiobooks—
thinking something would finally stick. 🎧

But my brain don’t store it like yours.
It feels it, lives it, forgets it, then remembers it again deeper.
Some people are born with fast-twitch neurons or Picasso genetics
me? I gotta study the same thing ten times just to breathe it right.

In college I tried hard and pulled C’s & B’s.
Even now, I’ll hear something powerful, nod like a sage 🧘🏽‍♂️ then blank mid-conversation.
It’s not that I don’t care… my mind’s just built for embodiment, not memorization.

Then dropped the formula that rewired my whole process 👇🏽
1️⃣ Acquire / Learn — absorb it. Don’t just scroll it.
2️⃣ Apply / Practice — use it, speak it, live it.
3️⃣ Internalize / Master — become it.

That’s the jungle formula now:
less consuming, more integrating.
Information without embodiment is just mental masturbation.
