I agree that Biking, Boxing, and especially jump roping (underrated af), but I think that swimming and running are also all beneficiary. I go to the gym and all of those used to be my main cardio (rn it’s running) which if is done with long runs and workouts is probably the best for your overall health. Just make sure u get a good pair of running shoes (daily trainers not super shoes) and that will does u great. Don’t do 2x intense cardio (1 is fine) sessions a day or you’ll lose all ur gains I swear I became a skeleton when I was running track and swimming club.

Jump rope and boxing is the only cardio I enjoy doing.
