✍️ Step-by-Step Blanket Stitch Guide on Paper 🪡

1 Gather your materials: paper, a needle, and thread.
2 Thread your needle and tie a knot at the end of the thread.
3 Starting from the backside of the paper, bring the needle up at the starting point.
4 Insert the needle back into the paper, creating a small diagonal stitch towards the edge.
5 Bring the needle up again, slightly to the right of the first stitch.
6 Insert the needle back into the paper, creating another diagonal stitch towards the edge, overlapping the first stitch.
7 Repeat steps 5 and 6 to continue the blanket stitch along the edge of the paper.
8 Maintain a consistent stitch length and spacing for a neat and even blanket stitch line.
9 To secure the final stitch, bring the needle up from the backside of the paper, passing it through the loop of the last stitch.
10 Gently pull the thread taut, then pass the needle through the paper a short distance away to anchor the thread.
