I never took creatine just until recently (39y old) and it really makes me bang out more reps or even add another set when working out. Also, as I am currently in a caloric deficit it seems to do a good job of making me less fatigued.

I think in addition to all the known physical advantages of creatine, it's also purported to increase brain health and acuity in older adults. I'm 68, take 5 grams/day, and am absolutely certain it's helping me with mental clarity - which (like muscle) begins declining with age.😎
