If you’re looking to get a post-Thanksgiving and Post-Black Friday workout in, try this Cardio Yoga Sculpt move.
While engaging your core muscles, go from a plank walk, into a tricep push-up, into a downward dog, into a high plank, and then walk back and do 2 jump squats. I would recommend doing 2-3 sets of 8-10 reps.
You can modify by doing the plank walk and tricep push-ups on your knees and taking out the jumps in the squats.
