Studying while tired can be challenging, but with the right strategies, you can maintain focus and productivity. Here are some tips:

1. Take Short Breaks

Use the Pomodoro Technique: Study for 25 minutes, then take a 5-minute break. After 4 cycles, take a longer break.

Step away from your desk during breaks to refresh your mind.

2. Prioritize Key Tasks

Focus on the most critical or demanding topics when you have the most energy.

Use a checklist to stay organized and motivated.

3. Active Engagement

Use techniques like teaching the material to an imaginary audience or explaining it to yourself.

Engage with interactive resources like videos, quizzes, or apps to make learning dynamic.

4. Stay Hydrated and Eat Light

Drink water regularly; dehydration can increase fatigue.

Eat light snacks (like nuts, fruits, or yogurt) to maintain energy without feeling sluggish.

5. Incorporate Movement

Take short walks or stretch during breaks to improve blood flow and focus.

Try light exercise, like yoga or deep breathing, to re-energize.

6. Use Stimulating Study Techniques

Break down information into smaller chunks and review them actively.

Use mnemonic devices, flashcards, or mind maps to retain information better.

7. Focus on quality over quantity.

If you find yourself consistently tired, it may be worth reevaluating your sleep schedule, diet, and overall routine. Rest is essential for optimal cognitive function!

You can also add a technique... Idk its name btw... Breaking the task into smaller tasks and then rewarding yourself for completing that small task... But make sur the reward is also healthy not with something like scrolling on social media...
