I am a procrastinating perfectionist, I know will never get something 100% perfectionist so I beat myself down into not even trying. That's why I failed highschool projects while aced tests, I can't allow myself to turn in something I'm not 100% happy with

As an Editor i feel its meassured almost entierly with time and effort. Timing something to be on frame perfection is the most satesfying but it means 2-5 seconds for a joke or delivery can take an hour or more to get just right. So its really a question of endurance too me.

perfection also comes with time, a lot of people compare their own lives with others, especially when it comes to seeing the result someone else has done and then expecting it to be easy because they make it look easy, but they also put a lot of time into what they do, so for a lot of people, time frames are very unrealistic when it comes to making a product or building your career, or even just getting to the next goal, so be realistic with your time, manage it well and the results will speak for themselves 👍
