Theyโre falafel waffles! ๐ง So easy to make and they are just perfect at Suhoor .
To make 2 Falafel waffles:
INGREDIENTS:
โ 100g Pristine pancake mix
โ 100ml Water
โ 100g Falafel mix (ready to fry)
โ 150ml Tarator (Tahini) Sauce
โ 50g Mixed salad leaves
โ 20g Cherry tomatoes
โ 20g Red radish
โ 20g Pickled Turnips
โ 10g Mint leaves
โ 20ml Rahma extra virgin olive oil
โ Pinch of sesame seed
โ Noor spray oil to grease the waffle grill
METHOD:
1. Prepare all the veg, the Falafel mix and set the waffle grill temperature to 170 degrees Celsius.
2. Prepare the Waffle mix by adding 100ml of water to 100 g of Pristine pancake mix. Mix well until a paste is formed.
3. Slowly add the Falafel mix to the Waffle mix and stir together until they become mixed again.
Pour the mix onto the hot waffle grill and close, then cook for at least 4 to 5 min.
4. Pour some of the Tarator sauce over the waffle on a plate and garnish it with the vegetables and sesame seed.
5. End with a top drizzle of Tarator and add a final drizzle of delicious Rahma Olive Oil.
