I still remember a conversation with one of our partners.

They walked up to me and said:
"I love how diverse your community is."

And they were right.
We had:
➡️ People in their late 30s and late 70s
➡️ Men, women, Black, White, Asian, Hispanic
➡️ Everything in between

It wasn’t just another group. It was a reflection of something bigger.

As a Christian, it reminded me of what heaven must look like.

A place where every person belongs, no matter their background.
A community that represents unity in diversity.

It struck me because that’s exactly who Jesus was.
➡️ He didn’t cater to just one specific group.
➡️ He wasn’t exclusive.
➡️ He led by serving everyone.

That’s the kind of leadership I want to reflect.

Too often, people believe in leading one type of person or group.
They box themselves into echo chambers and closed circles.

But real impact happens when you step outside the boundaries.
➡️ When you embrace every person, every story, every perspective.
➡️ When you create a space where everyone is seen and valued.

That’s not just community.
That’s legacy.
