A lot of people are actually on gear and still look at best natty with a few years of lifting experience. MPMDs talk about this a lot. He literally showed a guy a few years ago who looked like he had only been lifting for 6 months but had been blasting tren for 7 years.
Not everyone responds the same to steroids.
