I'm gonna go ahead and say it's probably okay to eat veggies and fruits "too much". I don't think anyone is getting fat off carrots and celery. I mean, that'd be actually hard to accomplish, I feel? And if you gorge yourself on veggies and fruits, maybe you won't be eating the actual stuff that gets you fat? Idk, I've been looking at veggies and fruits as an unlimited food source and I'm eating them before and after meals as well. With a bit more exercise, I've lost weight and feel a good bit better.
So, personally, I'm gonna ignore the "not too much" one lol.
(Jeez, the meat-eaters are really triggered by the idea of eating an apple, aren't they? Where do these people come from? Yikes.)
