When you wake up in the morning, eat something, drink a lot of fluids and go back to sleep for a couple of hours if you can, you’ll feel a lot better when you wake up the second time.

Take two aspirin before going to bed. No headache when you wake up next day. I did this in my college years and it really did work. Not sure why but it did. Check with your doctor first though... BEFORE your first pint🍺

I don't agree with the no caffeine have been drinking bourbon for 40 years and the key is moderation I agree with eating before and during drinking but sometimes you can feel it gets out of hand by the time you're ready to call it a night my solution is drink a carbonated caffeine sugary beverage before going to bed the sugar and the caffeine helps accelerate The Hangover and it happens while you are asleep and I always get up feeling like a million bucks

I have tried everything. I can't enjoy drinking because I get the most horrible hangovers. Last 3 &4 days. Even on 5 drinks. If I drink more... oh not good. I stopped drinking years ago cus of it.

I used to drink a lot and be ok now I have one drink and the rest of the night or day my head hurts so bad and super nauseous don't wanna do anything but lay in bed sometimes I'm fine after I drink sometimes i drink even the same amount or less and end up hungover even tho I didn't the first time

i never understood people who told me to eat before i drink ... I tried it sure but i get this weird , ALMOST wanting to throw up feeling if i drink .. maybe it is a "me" thing i do not know but yeah , much better to drink on empty stomach for me than eat and then go drink .. I could go hard all night long on an empty stomach but if i eat first, all it takes is 2 drinks and i am feeling sick
