New Year Special Chocolate Dessert | New Year 2023 | #shorts




Ingredients For Pavlova
1: 6 Egg Whites
2: 1 & 1/2 cup caster sugar
3: 2 tsp cornflour/ corn starch
4: 1 tsp vanilla essence
5: 1 tsp white vinegar


Preparation
In a mixing bowl pour 6 egg whites with a hand mixer or paddle attachment mixer mix the egg whites in number 2 / medium speed for 2 minutes after 2 minutes increase the speed to medium to high / speed 4 and mix it till becomes a little foamy then add 1 & 1/2 cup of caster sugar gradually in between and mix it for 8 to 10 minutes until fully foamy & fluffy then add 2 tsp of cornflour mix & 1 tsp of vanilla essence & 1 tsp of white vinegar mix it for another 2 minutes now mixture is ready bake it in preheated oven in 130 degree C for 50 to 55 minutes

Note When the pavlova is baked don’t open the oven door let it cool down on it for 4 to 6 hours or over night
