この表現使う時よくin a good shapeって間違えます。この時のshapeは概念なので冠詞が不要なのでしょうが、喋っている時に頭の中に引き締まった体の形を想像してしまっているので、冠詞が必要と勘違いしちゃいます。太っている人に対しては使えないし。そのまま覚えるしかないですかね
