I'm glad we stubbled upon this street food. We were staying in the Truc Bach area in Hanoi and just on the ground floor of our Airbnb was this spot serving Phở Chiên Phồng. Anyone that knows us knows that rice noodles especially the thick/wide kind is one of our favorites and we love all shapes and sizes of it. Next time we visit Vietnam, we will definitely be hunting more spots that serve this dish! Have you tried it?
