If this isn't some narcissistic psychotic gas lighting I don't know what is. damn girl if you're so hindered by your relationship with a person with a brain that's not identical to yours; get out of the relationship. sounds like Cassandra syndrome is a way that's outdated to describe a codependent relationship

Cassandra syndrome used to be much more widely applied to others who were disbelieved or victims of different kinds of traumatic invalidation. When it narrowed to the neurodiverse relationship community I don't know. Some tie it to content creator Mark Hutton.
Anyway, another name for this that I prefer personally is Affective Deprivation Disorder. I am unclear how widely this term is applied currently.
Good luck to you. I know 1st hand how painful this is, even moreso without a diagnosis to give the confusing dynamics context. There is not enough support, although ND couples coaching and counseling are becoming much more available.
Leaving is harder than most to can comprehend, much like it is for women in ab*sive relationships. The partner rarely cooperates when it should be obvious that the relationship is not working leading to an expensive contested divorce.
