We need to create "sports culture" from schools.... Again it also need basic reforms.
There are alot of private schools but majority of them don't have play ground, no sports culture, no labs and pratical class.
Huge basic reforms needed.

Sir it's easy said than done, there is a lot of monopoly and the government or any private organisations are not even ready to sponser newcomers who have never played anywhere. We dream to clinch medals but it is difficult from any other countries because of the typical exploitation by favouritism.

India's youth are ready to choose sports.. Me personally tried very hard... But my parents didn't supported,, said lack of financial ability.. But are ready to expend Limitlessly in my studies...
Sir, at grassroot level parents don't support believe me🙏 because they don't understand and they don't believe that sport can give respect,, dignity,, money,, and better life..(for us representing our country is motivating)..Actually they don't want to understand.. But at the same time blindly support their child in getting into courses like jee, neet etc (while have worst financial status).
