The Atomic Habit is a great book, it is very helpful for those who are looking to delete bad habits and create new positive ones. the method is simplified in that book and for sure everyone who tries it will get a satisfying result. Thanks for this amazing share, wish you all the best

After watching your videos
1. I wake up early everyday i think
4:00 am to 5:00 am
2. I started reading different books ( as it was my hobby but lost interest in that but started again )
3. After the opening of schools i was too lazy to go to school as i was thinking i would take online classess again
I started going to school for better studies
4. After seeing your routine videos
I follow my own, same routine everyday
( from when i was a 7 year old i actually had a routine as of yours
And i was good in studies did manyy diffrent things everyday
And never felt lazy) but then i was in high school i started loosing my interest in everything then after 2 years now i got motivated by your videos

Ohh yes! That's what I've been missing... I need to keep the yoga mat in my room! Just that little extra effort of going and bringing the mat from the other room makes me skip the workout all in all... Thank you Ahmet❤️
