Im sure that bike will be toast in a few months. The damage would not be immediate, but trust and believe because the power was on when it got submerged that it's gonna damage the electronics. You can wash motherboards and daughter boards etc etc in a dishwasher or run them straight under water and it will not hurt them if you dry them off properly directly afterward, like setting them out in the sun. It's when there is power, an electrical current, running through it that the damage occurs and i have no idea what I'm talking about.
